Our range of aluminium bottles have an attractive brush-effect finish that offers a modern and stylish look for your products. The bottles are lined with epoxy/phenol formaldehyde (EPA) resin, ensuring that your products do not come into direct contact with the aluminium , which can alter the properties of certain products.

COMPATIBLE CAPS & CLOSURES
Our aluminium bottles can be used for a wide variety of products, thanks to their compatibility with a wide variety of caps. Caps compatible with these bottles include: standard screw caps, lotion pumps, atomiser and trigger sprays. Make sure to choose your closure depending how you wish your product to be dispensed.

LIGHTWEIGHT
With a density of 2.70 g/cm³ (compared with iron used in steel 7.86/cm³), aluminium products are very light cutting down on transport costs. Light waiting design has become a critical innovation packaging supply chain globally with a focus on the sustainability of natural resources, simultaneously reducing the overall carbon footprint of any product/brand that elects to use aluminium over heavier alternatives in its primary packaging.
IMPERMEABLE
Aluminium is an excellent barrier function therefore keeping out air, light, liquid and microorganisms to preserve the contents of food, cosmetics & pharmaceutical products.
THERMAL CONDUCTOR
Aluminium transfers heat 2.4 times faster than iron. This combined with the fact that very thin sheets can be produced means that heat is lost and gained through aluminium very quickly. Hence it is ideal for cooking and as a cold drink container.
FLEXIBLE
Aluminium can be rolled into extremely thin foil, it can be cast and joined and still retains much of its strength and mechanical properties.
RECYCLABLE
Aluminium is 100% recyclable and uses only 5% of the energy used to make the original product. Aluminium drinking cans of the most recycled packaging product in the world.
LOW MELTING POINT
A melting point of 660°C compared with 1540°C for iron means aluminium requires much less energy to melt for processing and recycling.
